Bruno some how got separated from the adults. she wasn't scared at all He was kinda glad. They were planing to go to his mother and father. Bruno wasn't ready to go back and face his possible trouble for running off like he did. Bruno would walk around some then decided some playing would help ease his mind about what he was. He didn't understand death all he knew was it was very stinky. Bruno slowly stalked around in the tall grass before finding the river shore again. she would find a shallow part and start to splash around it the chilliness didn't bother him.. soon he got bored of the river crossing it so he could chase rabbits and birds barking and growling at his prey. Bruno had a feeling his puppy days would be coming to a close but until then he was going to enjoy every day.

My paws, dainty and covered in brown, stepped lightly on the less than firm ground below. Walking on the bank of the river where the grass didn't grow, I padded across water-saturated soil. The muddy terrain shifted with my weight, my paws sinking just enough to leave a noticeable print. My pace was slow, allowing the pups at my heels to keep up. I sighed softly as I continued on, not sure where I was headed.
My life had taken a very unexpected turn in the past few months. After getting raped by my best friend's uncle, she was struck with illness. She denied her pain, but I could tell when I saw her that something was terribly wrong. I knew Zorai was a healer, but when the patient herself denied sickness and treatment, there wasn't much he could do. She deteriorated slowly, and not long after I gave birth to my three pups, she died. The loss struck me hard, and was still affecting me. Pretty much alone in this big pack, Rexene was all I had. And now with her gone, I was back to where I started. I wasn't as lonely though, due to the three bundles of fur that were now constantly on my heels. They gave me constant company, but seeing as that I never asked for them, their presence was bittersweet.
I detested the moisture that came with Spring weather, and it was raining again. I'd made my way to a stretch of the river that wasn't as deep as it usually was within the pack. The puppies could easily stand up in it, and I decided it was time for a bath. I paused, turning my dial and barking toward the three. " Anyone up for a swim?" I questioned before turning back around and stepping slowly into the water. It was somewhat chilly, but comfortable. I waded out into water that was almost to my knee. I stopped there, lowering my muzzle into the stream and lapping up the cool liquid. After drinking my fill, I turned to face the way I'd come, sitting on my haunches and watching carefully over my children.
Rain, mud, and me were three things that did not mix. I'd have to say that I absolutely hated my mother for dragging me out in this god-awful weather. I tagged unhappily at her heels as she lead us away from the den, a hateful scowl on my face the entire time. Cheer up Sexaria, you might meet some new friends, she'd said in hopes of lifting my spirits. I'd snorted hatefully at that. Me, friends? Ha. That bitch had gone crazy. I wasn't looking to make friends. From what I'd observed, the wolves that lived here were pathetic pansies that weren't worth my time. I wanted nothing to do with anyone around here.
However, she seemed to deny my obvious tastes and personality. She seemed set on socializing me, getting me to play with my siblings or go meet some new playmates. The only playmates I was looking for were sexual ones, and it didn't seem like any of these flower sniffing idiots wanted to fool with me. How was I supposed to take advantage of every moment that I was infertile when all of the males around me had morals? I was still a pup, and they weren't looking for just the thrill of sex, all of them wanted children. Idiots.
Anyone up for a swim?
Fuck no. The last thing I needed was to soil my beautiful pelt even more. My lengthy locks of dark gray fur were heavily saturated with rain water, the blonde mane that I was developing splattered with mud. The mane was probably my most outstanding feature. It was just a thicker than normal set of hackles and a platinum forelock then, but in time it would grow into the full mane of my father.
I tossed my head to the side as I sat down on the riverbank, the forelock swishing to the side I'd thrown it to. Although it blocked the vision of one eye, the other vibrant orange optic stared out into the river. I curled my tail around my haunches, the unhappy scowl still obvious on my features. Mother seemed to be ignoring me, and Kelsa and Bonsai seemed to actually be happy. I growled under my breath as I watched them. Their contentment made me sick.
Grr...
My audits twitched as I suddenly caught the sound of a growl. I rose a brow as I glanced in the direction of the noise. I could see birds scattering in the distance, and I assumed that some dumbass was chasing them. I rolled my eyes, but stood up again nevertheless. Investigating the growling was more interesting than sitting here and watching them be 'happy'. My gaze flashed to mother, and I smirked when I saw she was paying me absolutely no attention. " Marvelous," I whispered, turning away and quickly trotting off in the direction of the noise.

Oh, what an interesting life I had led so far. My young mind was finally beginning to grasp what kind of family tree I belonged to, and I was beginning to understand the complicated webs of relations and lineage I was a part of. I was only here in this world because of Ophelia, my mother, and because of Kade, my father. I was the offspring of a rape victim, grandchild of two alphas. Akela and Ky were my biological grandparents, though Akela had gained herself a new mate, Zorai. I was an arctic/timber wolf mix, a part of the first litter of our line to be inbred. Ophelia was a pure arctic; Akela and Zorai were pure arctic; all of Akela's offspring were arctics. Only us, me, Harley; Sexaria; and Bonsai were arctic cross-breeds. It almost made me irritated with my father, Kade, for ruining our perfect line of arctics, but I knew he had at least seduced Ophelia the smallest bit, so it was somewhat her fault as well. As far as I was aware, my father was still out there somewhere, probably fucking up some other wolve's lives. I couldn't help but feel sorry for them.
Mom brought us through the territory, us three trailing at her heels. I danced along besides her, jumping up and down, tongue hanging from my maw. I was still a puppy, and had the playfulness of a puppy, unlike my sister Sexaria. I disliked her greatly, and she was such a bitch it drove me insane. Some might say it was just because I was jealous, but jealous of what? Her body? Her features? Not at all. While Ria was curvy and flashy, sexy and thin, I was straight and slightly bulky like my father. I didn't mind it, either. I wasn't what you would call girly, maybe the word would be 'tom-boy'. I liked to get down and dirty, rough it up from time to time with Bonsai or some other male. I wasn't interested in love, and I wasn't interested in sex. That's not to say I was against it or anything, but I was going to let nature and fate take it's course. A male would love me for who I am, not who I could make myself into.
It was rainy and wet, and there were puddles adorning the area. I grinned, leaping into one of the puddles and splashing my mother. I hadn't meant to, turning around with my brown tail between my legs. "Sorry mom!" I squeaked, sprinting off towards the river that she had motioned to. I paused on the bank of the river, the gushing torrents from the rain water whipping past. My ears pinned flat against my skull, turning my dull orange eyes towards mother. "Mom, it seems kinda dangerous..." I voiced my concern, before noticing Ria stalking off. "Hey! Ria! Where are you going?" I called out, even adding in my own personal nickname for her. I wasn't going to call her 'Sex', as that was just weird and awkward to call someone, so I had settled on Ria, at the end of her name. I bound after her, small brown body darting towards where she had sauntered off to. I caught scent of a male in the breeze, and halted immediately. My nose scrunched up in disgust with Ria, nose turning up at her. She was only a pup, how was she supposed to get any 'action'? She was always claiming to be infertile, but I'm not even sure how she knew that. None of us female pups would know until our first round of heat, and we still had a ways to go.

Bruno would continue to chase rabbits and birds or what ever got in his path. she growled and barked as birds scattered and squawked warning of him being here. Bruno didn't care that the birds were nearly imposable to catch it wanted to have fun before deciding his next move in life. He would catch scent of the wolves he some how knew they were females. Was his hormones aiding him. He shook the dew from himself before sniffing his way to them. He would catch sight of them barking at them as he ran up to the two. He wagged his tail seeing these were very young pups.
"hello there" Bruno would say as she sat down wagging his tail more checking both pups out. "I'm Bruno."
Bruno looked around kinda nervous wondering where their mother or father may be.He wonder if she was protective like his mother was.

I tumbled after my mother and sisters, the tall grasses making it extra difficult to move around. Every so-often, I had to jump into the air to see where I was going.
Anyone up for a swim?
Awesome! I looked around for my sisters, but they had wandered off somewhere. I didn't really want to know where they had gone. If Sexaria was leading the way, they were probably chasing some poor brute. I was so glad to be her brother, that way she wouldn't flirt constantly with me. I rolled my eyes as, sure enough, the scent of a young (but older than me) male. I lifted my nose and examined the scent more in detail. It was a familar scent, but I was pretty sure I hadn't met this brute before. I pondered the scent for a while, and then it hit me. Skop. The brute smelled a bit like Skop, and he was my uncle. So either this guy was my cousin or another uncle. Ha. My sister will be hitting on her cousin. I smirked and followed the scents of my sisters. I soon saw them and the two were talking to the male.
Hello there, I'm Bruno.
I made my appearance and said, "I'm Bonsai. Are you related to Skop?" I wasn't going to beat around the bush, so I just asked him right off the bat. I almost kicked myself for ruining the perfect situation for embarassing my sister.

Bruno would smell a new scent coming a young male. He would growl a little until he saw it was around the two female pups age passably a brother. He did smell like them. He would growl more when he heard the pup ask about Skop.
"yes he is my father if you want to call him that" Bruno growled. It was certain that Bruno wasn't very happy with Skop still. "how do you know Skop?" he would ask the male pup as he looked over at the two female who have yet to tell him what their names were.

(( You're wrong about the bloodlines... Lol, Ophelia is half timber. Ky wasn't an arctic. lol So they're actually more timber than arctic, with Ophelia being timber x arctic and Kade being timber...))
My limbs carried me swiftly across the ground toward the scent, and within minutes I had reached its source. I quickly scrambled to the side, to what I thought was out of the brute's vision. I watched him bounce along, darting after rabbits and leaping into the air to catch a fleeing bird. I rose a brow disapprovingly. This wolf was much older than me, probably almost a year old, and was still prancing around like a puppy? I rolled my eyes. The immaturity of these wolves astounded me! However, a male was a male. I'd gathered quite a bit of information on wolves by listening to the adults around me though, and from what I could guess, he still wouldn't be mature for another year. Which meant he wouldn't be interested in what I was interested in. Though that was just what I'd heard, I'd never gotten the opportunity to test the ways of the male mind... I shrugged as I removed myself from my cover. I had nothing better to do.
Hey! Ria where are you going?!
My audits flicked back in annoyance as the much too happy voice entered them. Although mother hadn't seen me leave, Harley had. I rolled my eyes at the little nickname she'd bestowed upon me. It displeased me, seeing that I liked my name very much. With the spelling of SEXaria, it suited me. If she had to give me a nickname, sex probably would've fit me better... But even I found that a bit awkward.
" What's it to you, you little-" I'd turned my head around with a snarl, but was cut off mid-insult.
Hello there, I'm Bruno.
I quickly spun back around to see the male, now known as Bruno, before me. I put on a flirtatious smirk as I stepped closer in the most sexually appealing way I could. It accentuated my developing curves, as I turned halfway to the side and sat down. " I"m Sexaria," I introduced, my voice just as flirty as my body language.
I'm Bonsai. Are you related to Skop?
I sighed as I turned my head enough to see Bonsai stride up beside me. Having him around definitely put a damper on my flirting, and I sighed again in discontent as I glanced back at Bruno for a response. It didn't occur to me until he replied 'yes, he's my father', that I knew the Skop they were talking about. I'd never actually seen him in person, but I'd heard mother talk about him enough to know he was my uncle. My eyes widened just a bit as the realization hit me; Bruno was my cousin.
Wow, did I feel like an idiot. I slowly slid myself back a bit, putting a little more distance between me and Bruno. It wasn't really that the fact that we were related; I didn't doubt that if a handsome relative presented himself I'd let him hop on me before he could blink. But, Bruno wasn't that attractive to me, and I knew that there were plenty of unrelated wolves outside of the Lightning borders. I wasn't so desperate that I needed to resort to inbreeding.

Bruno would tilt his head at the two females trying to insult each other. He waited for them to tell him their names but then when the male pop in with his name and the question after he respond one of the females started to act strange by backing away from him.
"whats wrong ?" he asked smirking as she sniffed his self. "do I smell or something?" he added hoping to make the nervous female laugh some. "Hmm or do I not smell enough?' Bruno would chuckle to him self. He looked over at the male. "how do you know my so called father?" Bruno asked suddenly as he glanced at the two females. He knew these three were siblings.
Bruno would let out a sigh as he waited for them to answer his question . Seeing those three together was making him miss his sister . Bruno wondered if they even cared that he was gone for like two days straight. He heard his mother howl some but he decided not to respond to her.

Ha! As soon as I saw Bonsai's face, I knew he was hoping to piss Ria off or at the very least embarass her. I growled as she snapped at me, even though she was cut off. My teeth grazed at her hip, teeth bared and ears pinned back flat. I could take on this bitch with my eyes closed, she didn't have anything on me. I was going to be more muscular of a female that any girl of our generation, I'll bet, probably due to my father's size. My brown eyes glared in her direction, as Bonsai moved up between me and our sister. I shuffled a few steps to the side as the three of us stood facing Bruno, Ria flirting at first, Bonsai questioning, and then Ria stepping back. Only then did I realize that he was our cousin, and that Ria was looking for some action with someone related to her.
"I'm Harlequin, or Harley for short." I liked my name, it fit me. Someone earlier in the pack had said something about a machine the humans in Lindore used, a motorcycle, or whatever that is that was named a "Harley Davidson". I kind of liked having the same name as some sort of machine... Made me feel kind of powerful. "Or Quin. Whichever." I shrugged.
Bonsai said something about Skop, and I raised my brow at him for a moment. Our uncle? How did Bonsai even know what Skop smelled like? Maybe he smelled similar to Ophelia, who we smelled like. Maybe Bonsai was comparing the scent of us, me and Ria, to him. When Bruno nodded and said Skop was his father, I drew back a little, but in surprise, not in embarassment like I saw Ria had been doing. A smile creeped onto my face, a smug smirk. "Woah woah woah. Ophelia's our mother... so you're our cousin..." I glanced at Ria, chuckling, then laughing so hard I was on the ground. "Hahaha! Ria wants some action with her cousin!" I laughed, paws in the air, eyes squinched tightly together as I rolled around on the ground. I rolled onto my stomach, laughing and dipping my head down to try and control the tears forming in my eyes. "Ohhhh Ria. You'd do anything to get a guy on top of you, you whore." I grinned, smacking the ground with my paw.

Bruno's reaction to me backing away was pleasing. He seemed disappointed that I suddenly dropped all interest in him, meaning he was interested in me. I smirked as he questioned his scent, wallowing in the fact that he'd be all over me were we not related. He knew that I was gorgeous, everyone did. Perhaps that was the reason the Harlequin was so damn jealous of me. And I knew she was. Merely looking at me pissed her off, and the soft nick on my rump proved it. I whipped around the snarl at her, but Bonsai had put himself between us. I rolled my eyes at his attempt to stop a fight. If I really wanted to tear into Harley, no one would stop me, not even Ophelia.
Woah woah woah. Ophelia's our mother... so you're our cousin...Hahaha! Ria wants some action with her cousin!
My audits flicked back in fury as I turned around, my eyes narrowed into a hateful glare as I snarled at her. I pushed past Bonsai, stepping in front of Harley and taking small forceful steps toward her.
" An ugly bitch like you ought to be getting used to that; the only wolf that could love your manly ass is a relative; someone who is forced to by blood!," I sneered, pausing as she collapsed in laughter. She beat her paw on the ground, laughing obnoxiously.
Ohhhh Ria. You'd do anything to get a guy on top of you, you whore.
" At least I am getting some. I'm not even a year old and I've had more action than you'll get in your entire life!" I retorted, laughing mockingly. I felt proud of myself, and smirked as I looked down at her. I knew my insults would get to her. She wasn't a feminine girl; she got a good deal of our father's genes making her big and bulky. She didn't have the sexy curves that I had inherited from our mother's side, and in my opinion she was built like a man.
